A walk-in customer needed custom semi-circular safety bars — partial hoop guards for an assembly line system — fast. The problem: Pavlos didn't have a bar roller in the workshop, and buying one commercially for a single job wasn't viable.
So he engineered one. Working from first principles, Pavlos designed and built a custom bar roller from scratch, then used it to produce the exact safety bars the client needed. Concept to completed delivery in five days.
